Job Summary
As an IT Service Technician for Onsite Support in Augsburg, you will play a vital role in maintaining the IT infrastructure for a market-leading service management company. Your daily responsibilities include installing and configuring IT workplace hardware, providing onsite support for Windows clients, and troubleshooting technical issues within industrial IT environments, specifically for panel PCs and tablets. You will be responsible for documenting all technical workflows within a ticketing system and may occasionally participate in paid on-call weekend shifts. This role is ideal for proactive professionals who enjoy hands-on hardware rollouts and direct user support. Required Skills
Education

Experience

- Experience in troubleshooting hardware within industrial IT environments

- Availability for paid on-call standby duties on weekends is required. The position is located in Augsburg and is initially offered via employee leasing with a clear option for permanent takeover.
