This role involves the comprehensive maintenance and management of building automation systems (BAS) and measurement, control, and regulation (MCR) technology at the University of Konstanz. As a key member of the Facility Management department, you will oversee technical infrastructure for heating, ventilation, sanitation, and specialized systems across a 120,000 m² campus. Your daily responsibilities include leading a small team of three, coordinating with external contractors, and participating in on-call rotations.
