This role involves providing comprehensive technical support for medium to large-scale enterprise IT solutions focusing on collaboration, security, and networking. As a 1st and 2nd Level Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for troubleshooting customer issues via remote access, telephone, and on-site visits. Your daily tasks include analyzing errors, documenting incidents in ticketing systems like ServiceNow, and collaborating with specialized IT departments or third-level manufacturer support. The position requires a hands-on approach to managing Windows client infrastructures and Cisco-specific environments including Unified Communications, LAN, WLAN, and Meraki. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Business Management Assistant, IT Systems Electronic Technician, or a comparable technical qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the IT environment, specifically in user helpdesk or service desk roles
  • Practical experience in the installation and administration of Windows client operating systems
  • Experience working with IT ticketing systems for incident management
  • Technical experience specifically within Cisco environments (Unified Communications, LAN, WLAN, or Meraki)
