As an IT Service Desk Specialist, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for both national and international support requests via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Your daily responsibilities involve managing user inquiries from initial contact through troubleshooting to final resolution. You will be responsible for client installation and administration, conducting user training sessions, and collaborating closely with various specialized departments.
