As an IT Service Technician for 2nd Level Onsite Support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance directly at a prominent industrial client's location in Hamburg. Your daily routine involves capturing and processing customer inquiries, managing IT support tasks via a ticketing system, and handling individual project assignments. You will support Windows clients, iOS devices, and network/telecommunication infrastructure. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in 2nd level IT support or onsite technical services
  • Experience in managing and resolving technical issues via ticketing systems
  • Practical experience with Windows client environments and standard software applications
  • Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS) and basic network/telecom infrastructure
