Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd level IT support and service management for a company in Ingolstadt that serves major German industrial clients in the automotive and chemical sectors. As an IT Expert, you will be responsible for the administration of Microsoft environments, including Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Active Directory. Your daily tasks will include managing user accounts, documenting IT processes in a knowledge base, and collaborating on the implementation of new systems within IT projects. You will handle incoming incidents via ticketing systems like Jira or ServiceNow, ensuring high service quality in accordance with ISO 20000 standards. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or a similar qualification.
Experience

- Practical experience using ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow is preferred
