As a Mobile Device Service Technician based in Wolfsburg, you will provide critical on-site support for a prominent German automotive manufacturer's mobile infrastructure. Your daily responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of mobile hardware, from the initial setup and distribution of iPhones, iPads, and Android devices to providing high-quality 2nd level support via a dedicated Mobility Shop and hotline. You will be responsible for SIM card management, asset tracking, and resolving technical faults through a professional ticketing system.
