As an IT Service Desk Agent in Wolfsburg, you will serve as the primary point of contact for incidents and service requests for a major automotive and commercial vehicle manufacturer. Working on behalf of an IT managed services provider, your daily responsibilities include capturing, classifying, and processing technical issues, creating detailed documentation, and utilizing knowledge bases to provide initial solutions. You will also qualify and route complex tickets to specialized departments and may provide on-site technical support. This role is ideal for both experienced IT professionals and motivated career changers, offering a structured path into the IT industry with opportunities to specialize in areas like client support or network monitoring.
