Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician in Ingolstadt, you will play a vital role in supporting the client workstations for a major automotive manufacturer. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve onsite and remote support for Windows workstations, laptops, and mobile devices. You will be tasked with processing Break/Fix (B/F), IMAC, and H+E tickets, while ensuring all tasks meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
