Job Summary

As a Network Service Technician in Neckarsulm, you will be responsible for maintaining the network infrastructure of a leading industrial company. Your daily tasks involve providing on-site services, monitoring ticket queues, and performing 'Break & Fix' activities. You will be hands-on with hardware, preparing, installing, and removing network components, as well as managing network cabling and inventory. Documentation within customer tools is a critical part of the workflow. This role operates on a three-shift system and requires participation in on-call rotations.
