As an IT Technician for Onsite 2nd Level Support, you will join a team of specialists providing managed services for a prominent automotive and commercial vehicle manufacturer in Wolfsburg. Your daily responsibilities will involve implementing hardware and software solutions directly within the production environment, managing application support, and performing detailed error analysis and troubleshooting. You will be responsible for maintaining system documentation, managing tickets within the customer system, and coordinating closely with the Remote Operation Center. This role is ideal for technical professionals who enjoy hands-on hardware support and interacting with production-critical systems.
