Job Summary

In this role, you will provide essential on-site IT support for a managed services provider serving industrial clients in Egelsbach. Your day-to-day responsibilities include setting up, dismantling, and reconfiguring Windows workstations, as well as personalizing hardware for users. You will act as the primary point of contact for technical issues, managing and documenting incidents through a ticket-based system and providing hands-on training for software and hardware usage.
