In this role, you will join an established IT service provider in Nuremberg, focusing on managed services and IT infrastructure. Your daily responsibilities will include the configuration and maintenance of network management systems, managing Cisco routing and switching systems, and implementing access technology across copper and fiber optic platforms. You will be a key player in resolving technical disturbances reported through the ticket system and actively participating in various network projects. The position operates on a rotating shift model between 06:00 and 18:00, Monday through Saturday, ensuring comprehensive service coverage for clients.
