Job Summary
This role involves providing essential technical support for the retail IT infrastructure of a prominent Bavarian retailer. Working within a collaborative team in Ingolstadt, you will be the first point of contact for users, managing issues via telephone and remote maintenance tools. Your daily responsibilities include monitoring and tracking open tickets, qualifying technical faults, and escalating complex issues to 2nd level support or external service providers. A key part of the role involves troubleshooting problems within the company's merchandise management system. Required Skills
Education
