Job Summary
As an IT Onsite Technician in Wehr, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all computer-related issues within a dynamic industrial environment. Your daily responsibilities include installing and configuring desktop hardware and software, troubleshooting hardware and software malfunctions, and proactively updating clients on the status of their support tickets. You will also monitor network performance and provide hands-on support for common client technologies and peripheral devices.
