Job Summary
As an IT Systems Technician in Hamburg, you will manage modern infrastructures and provide essential technical support for hardware and software challenges. Your daily responsibilities include installing and configuring client systems, performing hardware relocations, and conducting repairs on desktops, notebooks, and printer systems. You will also analyze software and hardware errors and provide direct on-site support to users. The role requires a strong technical understanding of LAN/WLAN infrastructures and server stability. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience as an IT Specialist for System Integration or a comparable qualification
- Proven experience in supporting Microsoft operating systems (Windows 8, 10, and 11)
- Solid experience in desktop and notebook hardware maintenance and repair
- Initial experience in leading small teams is preferred
- Professional experience in processing service calls and technical ticket systems
