Job Summary
This role offers a dynamic opportunity to lead and grow a 2nd level IT support team in Dachau, transitioning from a small group of three to a projected department of fifteen professionals. As the IT Support Team Lead, you will balance hands-on technical support with leadership responsibilities, ensuring the smooth operation of client systems, hardware, and Windows-based environments. Your daily activities will include coordinating team workflows, troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues, and managing the installation of notebooks and peripheral devices. You will act as a mentor, coaching team members and optimizing support processes while maintaining high standards of documentation in the ticketing system. This position is particularly attractive for experienced technicians looking to step into management, offering a salary of up to €60,000 p.a., flexible working hours, and a clear career path toward IT Management or Project Lead roles within a supportive and modern technical environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT Specialist for Systems Integration or a comparable qualification).
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Support
- Professional experience in technical leadership or team management is preferred
- Extensive experience with MS Windows and Office environments
- Proven experience in hardware and software problem analysis and resolution

- Valid driver's license (Class B) and mobility are required for this position. The role is based in Dachau and involves full-time, permanent employment.
