This role involves providing critical 1st and 2nd level onsite support for a market-leading IT solutions and service management company in Berlin. As an Onsite IT Technician, your daily responsibilities will include managing client support for both Windows 10 and macOS environments, handling mobile device management for iOS and Android, and assisting end-users with hardware setup and data migration. You will also be responsible for maintaining meeting room technology and printer services. This position is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys hands-on hardware installation and user consulting. The role offers a competitive salary up to €38,000, 30 days of vacation, and a family-friendly culture. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist) or a comparable qualification.
Experience

- Experience in mobile support and Mobile Device Management (MDM) for iOS and Android
- Proven background in IT hardware installation, delivery, and end-user consulting
- Experience in maintaining and servicing meeting room technology
- Experience in user data maintenance and hardware inventory management
