Job Summary
As an IT Site Manager in Zwickau, you will provide both disciplinary and technical leadership for an IT team within a market-leading provider of IT solutions and service management. Your daily responsibilities include overseeing change management for clients, ensuring smooth project workflows, and continuously developing your team to meet high standards. The role focuses heavily on IT infrastructure monitoring, cloud services, and outsourcing solutions. You will be responsible for maintaining strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
