As an Industrial Support Service Technician, you will handle Second Level Support tasks, managing customer inquiries and project assignments via a ticketing system. Your daily responsibilities include onsite support for Windows clients, iOS devices, and network/telecommunications infrastructure. A unique aspect of this position is the specialized focus on industrial hardware, such as POS systems, cash evaluation systems, and time tracking hardware. Required Skills

Education

  • Experience handling Windows-based point-of-sale (POS) and cash evaluation systems
  • Experience with the hardware setup and configuration of time tracking systems
  • Practical experience in Onsite Support for Windows and iOS environments
  • Experience working with ticketing systems and project-based assignments
