Job Summary
In this dynamic role based in Walsrode, you will serve as the primary onsite contact for IT infrastructure and client support. Your daily responsibilities include providing first-level hardware and software support, managing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and Help & Exchange tickets, and overseeing printer maintenance and network administration. You will act as a central point of contact for Windows client support, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT Onsite Support
- Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience with Windows system administration
- Experience in network infrastructure and Microsoft Office environments
- Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting
Languages
Additional
- Valid Class B driver's license required. Must be willing to participate in on-call rotations and occasional weekend shifts in exceptional cases. Position is based in Walsrode.
