In this dynamic role based in Walsrode, you will serve as the primary onsite contact for IT infrastructure and client support. Your daily responsibilities include providing first-level hardware and software support, managing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and Help & Exchange tickets, and overseeing printer maintenance and network administration. You will act as a central point of contact for Windows client support, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience with Windows system administration
  • Experience in network infrastructure and Microsoft Office environments
  • Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting

Additional
