Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician Monitoring, you will be responsible for the continuous 24/7 surveillance and operation of IT applications within a production environment in Braunschweig. Your daily routine involves acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for incoming communications, where you will qualify, classify, and prioritize support tickets. You will be on the front lines of system security, reacting immediately to security threats and isolating system errors as they occur. This role bridges the gap between monitoring and active troubleshooting, requiring you to perform second-level support for both hardware and software issues. This position is particularly attractive as it offers a modern working environment within a supportive team, regular working hours despite the 24/7 operational context, and a clear path toward permanent employment after an initial temporary placement. It is an ideal opportunity for IT professionals who enjoy structured process execution and technical problem-solving.
