As an IT Service Desk Agent, you will join an established support team within a leading technology group based in Munich. Your primary responsibility involves providing high-quality first-level technical support via telephone and the ServiceNow ticketing system. You will be the first point of contact for corporate IT users, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, evaluating technical requests, and escalating complex problems when necessary. Beyond troubleshooting, you will provide expert advice on end-user devices, applications, and general IT processes. Required Skills
