Job Summary
As an IT Service Technician in the Onsite Dispatch team, you will serve as a primary problem solver for hardware and software challenges directly at client locations in Hamburg. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve installing and configuring hardware and software solutions, independently analyzing malfunctions within customer IT landscapes, and providing technical support. You will be responsible for incident management, including the qualification and dispatching of support requests. This role is ideal for technical professionals who enjoy hands-on troubleshooting and direct client interaction. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical training as an IT System Electronics Technician (IT-Systemelektroniker) or an equivalent technical qualification.
