Job Summary
As a Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant based in Munich, you will lead clients through the entire lifecycle of cloud migration, from initial conceptual design to technical implementation. Working for a medium-sized IT service provider with a decade of experience in workplace solutions, you will serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile corporate clients. Your daily responsibilities include advising on optimal collaboration strategies, developing customized solutions for SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, and managing project calculations and offers. This role offers a high degree of flexibility with options for remote, hybrid, or office-based work, supported by a modern equipment package including the latest laptops and iPhones. It is an excellent opportunity for a technical expert who enjoys both strategic consulting and hands-on implementation within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or university degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, IT Management) combined with professional Microsoft 365 experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in Microsoft 365 consulting and implementation
- Extensive technical expertise in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive
- Practical experience with Azure Active Directory and Exchange Online
- Experience in creating technical offers and project calculations
- Proven track record in managing customer migrations to cloud environments

- Willingness to undertake occasional business travel is required. The position is initially offered via personnel leasing with a clear option for permanent takeover. Candidates must be located in or willing to commute to Munich for hybrid work arrangements.
