As an Onsite IT Support Technician in Berlin, you will play a critical role in maintaining the IT infrastructure for a market-leading IT solutions provider. Your daily responsibilities will involve the hands-on management of notebooks, desktops, and mobile devices, performing hardware and software diagnostics, and setting up new IT workstations. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of IT components, from initial configuration and rollout to troubleshooting and documenting technical processes within a ticketing system.
