Job Summary

This role involves providing on-site technical support and field services for a well-established IT system house in the Penzberg area. As an IT Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of rollout and migration projects, hardware and software provisioning, and infrastructure optimization. Your daily tasks include performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, setting up and configuring video conferencing systems, and providing 1st and 2nd level support directly to end-users. You will work with a wide range of hardware including servers, storage systems, PCs, notebooks, and printers. This position is ideal for both experienced professionals and career starters who enjoy hands-on technical work and direct customer interaction.
