Job Summary

This role involves providing critical onsite and remote IT support for a company in the automotive industry located in Braunschweig. As an Onsite IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and repair of hardware, including desktops, notebooks, tablets, and mobile scanners. You will also manage software installations and operating system deployments while providing direct 1st and 2nd level support to users at a dedicated Service Point. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Windows 10 and MS Office environments and experience using ticketing systems.
