Job Summary
This role involves providing critical hands-on and remote IT support for a leading managed services provider in Augsburg. As an IT Onsite Support Technician, your daily responsibilities will include managing support tickets for incidents and service requests, performing hardware repairs on desktops and laptops under warranty, and executing software installations. You will also be responsible for maintaining documentation and supporting IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and Break & Fix processes. The ideal candidate has strong technical proficiency in Windows environments and a customer-oriented approach. This position is particularly attractive due to its 30 days of annual leave, stable and predictable working hours, and the opportunity to work within an international environment. Initially offered through a personnel service provider, there is a clear prospect for permanent takeover by the client company.

- Experience in documenting onsite service processes
