This full-time role based in Hamburg involves providing critical onsite technical support for a market-leading IT solutions and service management company. As an Onsite IT Service Technician, your daily responsibilities will include installing and configuring hardware and software, performing independent analysis of IT malfunctions, and managing 2nd-level support requests. You will work across various domains including Windows clients, printing solutions, networking, and telecommunications. The position requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and systematic documentation of all technical steps. Required Skills
Education
