Job Summary
As an IT Service Technician for Onsite Support in Stade, you will be the primary point of contact for technical hardware and software solutions at one of Europe's leading IT service providers. Your daily responsibilities include installing and configuring IT systems, independently analyzing faults within customer IT landscapes, and providing 2nd-level support in production-related environments. You will handle incident management and answer technical queries to ensure seamless operations. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training such as IT Systems Electronician, IT Specialist for System Integration, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support and hardware/software configuration
- Experience in log analysis and evaluating system protocols
- Experience with BIOS upgrades and Windows driver diagnostics
- Practical experience in 2nd-level support within production environments
