Job Summary
This role involves acting as a critical link between specialized business departments and IT systems within the Municipal Pension Funds (kvw). On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for creating technical and testing concepts, analyzing and modeling business processes, and ensuring the quality of data assets. You will lead working groups, conduct training sessions for users, and draft operational instructions. The position is highly collaborative, requiring participation in supra-regional projects to optimize application architectures. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in IT coordination, computer science, or a related technical field
- Experience in creating technical test concepts and business process analysis
- Proven experience in organizing and leading working groups or projects
- Experience in the field of civil service pensions, aid funds, or supplementary insurance is preferred for non-degree holders
- Experience in user support and conducting training measures
