Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Planner specializing in Electrical Engineering for Building Services to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for mid-term infrastructure planning in areas such as emergency signaling systems, call systems, communication networks, and danger alarm systems. Your duties will include planning, procurement, installation, and operation of telecommunication information and communication systems, as well as managing construction projects from planning and tendering through to completion and billing. You will also coordinate external engineering firms and specialists, act as a client representative, and collaborate with external service providers. The ideal candidate will have a completed university degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or Building Technology with several years of professional experience, or a technician qualification with extensive experience in the relevant fields. Strong knowledge of tender preparation, contract and award procedures, VOB, HOAI, and MS Office is required, along with a valid driver's license and advanced German language skills.
