Job Summary
This role at the Worms City Administration offers a central position within the Personnel and Organization department, focusing on the continuous evolution of administrative efficiency. You will be responsible for analyzing existing workflows and structures to identify improvement potentials, developing sustainable solutions in collaboration with various departments, and conducting organizational studies including personnel requirement and economic feasibility analyses. A significant part of the day-to-day involves moderating coordination processes and supporting departments through organizational changes to ensure effective implementation. Required Skills
Education
Qualification for the third entry level of the administrative service, or completed Employee Examination II (Angestelltenprüfung II), or a completed university degree (e.g., Administrative Sciences, Organizational Management, or equivalent).
Experience
- Professional experience in organizational development, process management, or comparable fields is preferred
- Experience in structuring and presenting complex information clearly
- Proven experience in moderating coordination processes and managing organizational interfaces
- Experience in conducting organizational investigations and task analysis

- The position is permanent with a weekly working time of 39-40 hours. Candidates must meet the specific German public service entry requirements (third entry level) or equivalent administrative certifications.
