Job Summary

As the Head of Financial Accounting for the City of Worms, you will lead a team of 10 employees and oversee the municipality's cash management and financial operations. Your daily responsibilities include ensuring the city's liquidity, managing strategic credit planning for a portfolio exceeding 400 million Euros, and making fundamental policy decisions for the department. You will be responsible for the independent preparation of annual financial statements for accounts receivable and payable, while coordinating complex workflows involving approximately 500,000 annual bookings.
