Job Summary
This role involves managing electrical building services (TGA) for the City of Worms, overseeing a diverse portfolio of approximately 200 properties ranging from historic monuments to modern schools. As an Electrical Building Services Engineer, you will act as the client representative and project manager, working independently on new construction and renovation projects. Your daily responsibilities include handling planning services according to HOAI phases, managing the entire lifecycle of electrical systems, and collaborating with internal planners and external contractors. You will also play a key role in implementing new IT-supported maintenance and project management systems. Required Skills
Education

Experience

- Proven experience in planning services according to HOAI regulations
- Experience in the lifecycle management of electrotechnical systems
- Experience working in collaborative team environments with internal and external stakeholders

Additional
- Valid Class B driver's license required. Position is based in Worms, Germany, with a standard 39-hour work week under the TVöD E11 pay scale.
