As an IT Collaboration & Workplace Specialist, you will take independent responsibility for the operational IT environment, focusing on printers, mobile devices, and cellular services. Your daily activities involve managing critical processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and hardware lifecycle rollouts. You will act as a key point of contact, providing internal consulting and technical support using tools like Microsoft Intune, EntraID, and iOS. A significant part of the role includes steering external service providers and ensuring adherence to SLA standards. You will also be responsible for monitoring, reporting, and documenting solutions within the knowledge base.
