As an IT Support Specialist for the Leer region, you will be the primary technical point of contact ensuring the operational stability of IT hardware across various retail locations and a central warehouse. Your daily responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Point of Sale (POS) systems, PCs, network equipment, and peripheral devices. You will act as a technical problem-solver, analyzing system failures and managing issue resolution through a ticketing system. Beyond reactive support, you will proactively optimize technical processes and provide direct user support to retail staff. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in Computer Science/IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in hardware support and maintenance, preferably within retail or warehouse environments
- Practical experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems and network hardware
- Initial experience in IT user support and administrative ticket management
- Proven experience in structured problem analysis and error correction

Additional
- Valid Class B driver's license is mandatory for regional travel to retail sites and the central warehouse.
