As an IT Support Specialist for regional branches, you will be the primary technical point of contact ensuring the operational readiness of hardware across sales outlets and central warehouses. Your daily responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting point-of-sale (POS) systems, PCs, peripheral devices, and network infrastructure. You will play a critical role in error analysis, ticket creation, and providing direct technical support to end-users.
