Job Summary

This role leads the HM:UniverCity program at Munich University of Applied Sciences, serving as the strategic head of an innovation and transfer network. You will be responsible for the conceptual development of co-creative projects that bridge the gap between science, politics, industry, and civil society. Day-to-day activities include managing complex multi-stakeholder projects, acquiring third-party funding, and overseeing budget and personnel. You will coordinate internal university interfaces and represent the program to external partners. This position is particularly attractive for professionals passionate about societal transformation topics like digitalization and sustainability. It offers a modern workplace in central Munich with significant flexibility, including up to 60% remote work, within a professional public service framework (TV-L E13).

Required Skills

Education

Master's degree or equivalent university degree, preferably with a focus on transformation, innovation, or related fields. Foreign degrees require a ZAB evaluation.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the design and management of co-creative innovation or transfer projects
  • Proven experience in managing complex multi-stakeholder processes
  • Experience in the strategic development of programs, initiatives, or organizational structures
