You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of workplace equipment, including installation, configuration, and commissioning of PCs and notebooks (IMAC-D services). A significant portion of the role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues within a Windows 11 environment, both in-person and via remote support. You will operate within an international IT service provider's framework, utilizing professional ITSM tools like ServiceNow to manage incident tickets.
