As an IT Technician for this international service provider, you will focus heavily on hardware-centric operations within enterprise-level IT infrastructures. Approximately 90% of your daily routine involves IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities, specifically building, replacing, and configuring server and IT hardware—often referred to as 'working on the metal.' The remaining 10% of the role involves software-related tasks such as server patching and system updates. You will play a vital role in hardware rollouts and device deployments for high-end medium-sized companies and large corporations.
