As an IT Rollout Technician, you will be responsible for the hands-on deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure for a leading international service provider. Your daily activities will involve handling 1st-level support tickets, providing remote assistance, and performing onsite hardware maintenance. You will be tasked with the administration of file, print, and proxy servers, as well as managing DHCP and Active Directory environments. A significant portion of the role involves installing and configuring standard software and managing data backup and recovery processes.
