Job Summary
As an IT Support Technician in the Hannover region, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services within a Wintel environment. This hands-on role involves the installation, commissioning, and exchange of hardware including tablets, smartphones, laptops, and workstations. You will play a key role in IT rollouts and migrations, managing workspace cabling, network patching, and software configuration. The position is ideal for service-oriented professionals who enjoy practical work, as it includes 'Hands & Eyes' support and tasks performed at heights using ladders or lifts. Required Skills
Education

Experience

- Experience working in customer-oriented service environments
- Experience or willingness to work at heights using ladders or lifting platforms
