This role involves the technical and functional management of the central Patient Data Management System (PDMS), specifically 'Copra', within a clinical environment. You will be responsible for advising, planning, and implementing complex information systems and specialized solutions for intensive care and anesthesia departments. Day-to-day tasks include performing updates, managing master data, and ensuring the seamless integration of medical devices. A significant part of the role involves intensive communication with clinical users to optimize cross-departmental processes and technical documentation. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker), a university degree in IT, or a comparable qualification (e.g., Nursing or Medical Assistant with high IT affinity and intensive care/anesthesia experience).

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the administration of complex IT systems and applications.
  • Professional experience in clinical documentation processes for medical and nursing staff.
  • Experience in connecting and integrating medical devices to IT systems.
  • Initial experience working with clinical communication protocols such as HL7 or FHIR.
  • Experience in intensive care or anesthesia environments is preferred if coming from a clinical background.
