Job Summary

As a Senior Service Engineer, you will join a specialized operations team exclusively supporting Vodafone's largest public sector business clients. You will take full responsibility for one or more business services, ensuring seamless operations and high service availability. Your daily tasks include analyzing national and international customer requirements, developing standards for continuous service management improvement, and providing second-level support. You will also define and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and KPIs, proactively addressing quality deviations. This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to act as a key interface between customers, external service providers, and internal departments such as Sales and Engineering. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical degree in Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • At least 4 years of professional experience in a relevant technical field
  • Professional experience in project management and presentation techniques
  • Extensive experience with telecommunications protocols in mobile and fixed-line networks
  • Proven experience in customer-oriented service delivery and stakeholder management
  • Experience in second-level support and configuration of technical tool landscapes
