Job Summary

As a Senior Expert Service Engineer at Vodafone, you will take end-to-end responsibility for Business Services LifeCycle & Security, focusing on major public sector clients. Your daily activities involve owning managed service concepts for technologies like Fortinet, SD-WAN, and Meraki, ensuring documentation remains current across the plan, build, and run phases. You will analyze national and international customer requirements regarding feasibility and security, while driving problem management by leading task forces and developing standards for service improvement. This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to work with OSS/BSS engineering to evolve security service monitoring and integrate it into standard incident management processes. It is an ideal position for a technical expert who enjoys high-level stakeholder management and technical leadership in a dynamic telecommunications environment. The role offers significant flexibility, including hybrid work options and the opportunity to work abroad for up to 20 days per year.
