As a Senior Service Engineer at Vodafone, you will take end-to-end responsibility for one or more business services, acting as the primary owner of technical service concepts. Your daily activities involve ensuring documentation is complete across the Plan, Build, and Run phases, while providing a technical overview for all involved units. You will analyze and evaluate national and international customer requirements for feasibility and effort, ensuring business support standards are met. A key part of the role involves driving Problem Management to develop standards for continuous service improvement and implementing measures to enhance overall service quality. Required Skills

Education

  • Experience in managing end-to-end business services and technical concepts
  • Experience in customer-facing roles and stakeholder management

Additional

  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotations (Rufbereitschaft) is required. The role is based in Düsseldorf or Eschborn and supports hybrid working. Applicants must be able to work at least 30 hours per week.
