Senior Service Engineer | Service Engineer (Expert) (m/w/d)

Job Summary

As a Senior Service Engineer at Vodafone, you will take end-to-end responsibility for critical business services, specifically focusing on Voice and Unified Communications (UCC) for major public sector clients. Your day-to-day involves acting as the service concept owner, ensuring technical documentation is current across the plan, build, and run phases. You will manage complex customer implementations, handle second-level support, and configure SIP trunks and Voice Gateways. A significant part of the role includes defining Service Level Agreements (SLAs), monitoring KPIs, and driving continuous improvement through problem management.
