Job Summary

As a Senior Service Engineer at Vodafone, you will take end-to-end responsibility for business services provided to high-profile public sector clients, focusing on Voice and Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC). Your daily tasks involve acting as the service concept owner, managing technical documentation across the plan, build, and run phases, and ensuring high service availability through proactive problem management. You will perform second-level support, configure SIP trunks and voice gateways, and analyze complex customer requirements to ensure technical feasibility. This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to steer external service providers and coordinate with internal stakeholders in sales and engineering.
